1. Stability of the whole machine (including service time, anti-interference, etc.)
LCD splicing screen usually needs 24 hours a day and 365 consecutive days of uninterrupted power usage every year when it constitutes a digital announcement system (while TV sets usually work only a few hours a day), and the application environment of some splicing screen may be worse, which requires higher reliability and stability of LCD splicing screen. Compared with TV, the current, power consumption, temperature and anti-interference, electric shock ability and margin of LCD splicing screen are much larger than that of TV in design, and the LCD splicing screen must use full shielded metal shell to ensure electromagnetic compatibility and interference performance. In the selection of components, the components used in LCD splicing screen are resistant to electromagnetic interference. The characteristics of voltage, current, temperature and humidity are higher than those of components used in TV sets, and the requirements of LCD splicing screen are higher in installation, debugging, especially in the process requirements of components and aging of the whole machine. When TV sets are manufactured, the aging of the whole machine is usually about 8 hours at normal temperature on the assembly line, while the aging of the whole LCD splicing screen needs high temperature, high humidity and airproof. In order to ensure the stability of the whole machine, the aging pipeline of the environment is ageing for more than 24 hours. The life of LCD backlight in ordinary LCD TV is 10,000 to 30,000 hours, while the life of LCD spliced screen can reach 60,000 to 70,000 hours.
2. Image clarity

Professional splicing screen resolution is automatically adjusted according to display output (regardless of vertical or horizontal support); its high reliability and high-definition display capability will ensure the signal is fully displayed in front of the viewer.
3. Usage of Materials
Owing to the requirement of using environment, the material of LCD TV machine shell is made of metal. And the internal board and wire are industrialized design, not easy to aging; the embodiment of energy-saving and environmental protection concept: low energy consumption design; usage of environmental protection materials. The design of the vodeo wall is given the characteristic: regular appearance, easy splicing, installation and other needs.
4. Fanless Architecture
LCD splicing screen is designed with no mechanical exhaust fan to maintain air circulation and heat dissipation, thus avoiding dust and fan noise problems caused by mechanical exhaust fan. When the internal temperature rises for unknown reasons, the LCD splicing screen automatic control backlight system keeps the temperature under relatively high working temperature.
5. Brightness
The brightness of ordinary LCD TV is only 200 cd/m2, while splicing can reach 450 cd/m2 or 700 cd/m2.
6. Colour revivification
Because LCD mosaic screens usually observe static images, the requirement for color restoration of mosaic screens is higher than that of TV sets. Therefore, the video channel of professional mosaic screens should have precise compensation circuit and delay circuit in brightness, chroma processing and R, G, B processing to ensure the phase synchronization of bright/color signals and R, G, B signals.
